Knightsbridge Group Of Companies Announces New Projects In Costa Rica

Knightsbridge Group of Companies are pleased to announce that we have undertaken our first construction and development project in Costa Rica that fully utilizes the synergies of our entire group of companies. This is a part of a plan to build one of seven new projects throughout the beautiful country of Costa Rica, each focusing on different aspects of eco-tourism and wellness.

The first project is a 40-room boutique hotel to be built in the popular tourist destination Arenal in San Carlos, Costa Rica. The project will utilize all aspects of our global group of companies including Knightsbridge Development Corporation, Pan Am Construction Managers, and Knightsbridge Equities in conjunction with our external project partners.

Knightsbridge Development Corporation New Costa Rica Project

The development and project management will be overseen by Knightsbridge Development Corporation and constructed by Pan Am Construction Managers as a part of Knightsbridge Equities plan to build the first of seven boutique hotels throughout Costa Rica, all based on different aspects of eco-tourism and wellness. This will include eco-tourist activities such as hiking and nature in places like Arenal, to surfing and aquatics in coastal regions, as well as properties centered on wellness and yoga.

The project in Arenal will embrace the natural beauty of the area such as the Arenal Volcano, the National Park, Hanging Bridges, and Lake Arenal. The new hotel will allow guests to walk and hike in nature as well as being able to make use of a shuttle to see nearby attractions, all set in a natural setting.

The common theme throughout all the properties is sustainability, wellness, and the embracing of locally sourced ingredients and foods prepared by gourmet chefs accompanied by a well sourced wine list.
