A JV Project between Holt Renfrew, Whittington Properties and CarbonLeo the project encompasses the existing Ogilvy Store (owned by Holt Renfrew), the site of the former Hotel De la Montagne (owned by Whittington) and a property owned by a local entrepreneurial developer, CarbonLeo which together form the City block along De la Montagne from Ste. Catherine to Maisonneuve.

The project is a mixed-use development which will include an expanded Ogilvy Store, a high-rise condominium residence, Four Seasons Hotel and Spa as well as additional retail and office uses including an SAQ all of which will be serviced by 7 levels of underground parking. Involvement included the monitoring of the key dates, milestones and deliverables as defined in the agreement, working conjointly with all partners on the overall development schedule, budgets, tenders and awards of contracts as well as support with the coordination of the various users including the Hotel.
Construction is targeted for completion in late 2020.
