Over 4,000 square feet of new build space was identified, and the project plan was developed based on a construction budget of $370 per square foot. We were commissioned to assist the Owner in the selection of a site, as well as the coordination of the design, municipal approvals, and the construction.
The design package was developed for both the exterior and the intricate interior including extensive millwork detailing, all of which was overseen from conception through to construction, fabrication, installation, and finally the unveiling of the new prototype Spa which became the flagship for the Client.
