  • Office: 1,040,484 Sq. Ft. (36% of site area)
  • Residential: 1,430,733 Sq. Ft. (49% of site area)
    • 723,538 Sq. Ft. of premium rental apartments
    • 707,235 Sq. Ft of luxury condominium apartments
