Knightsbridge’s work with Selfridges ranges from development management, cost management, materials procurement, design, and construction. Sustainability studies are conducted for all projects so that carbon emissions in new constructions can be mitigated through green building technology and sustainable material use. In architectural restoration and renovation projects, embedded carbons are captured through re-purposing of existing buildings and materials. Additional advisory services have included lease negotiations, procurement of consultants, as well as board presentations and pro forma development.

To date, Knightsbridge has provided services for the London flagship store, Arnotts, Brown Thomas, De Bijenkorf, and all Holt Renfrew locations, including Toronto’s stand-alone men’s store, Montreal’s Ogilvy, and the Square One location in Mississauga.
