As a trusted partner, Knightsbridge acts as an extension of the ownership group. Currently, Knightsbridge is providing the day-to-day functions normally undertaken by the owner including all project management and development management needs with an ongoing design lens towards sustainability, as well as advisory support for a court-supervised sale and investment solicitation process (SSIP).

Upon appointment, Knightsbridge managed a selection process to contract a new construction manager and implemented record keeping processes and budget plans for greater and more transparent financial accountability and cost management. We advise regularly on materials and processes to minimize environmental impact where possible and continue to manage the project on a day-to-day basis as an extension of the ownership group.

The project is scheduled for completion in 2027.
